SIA UROLIT (hereinafter referred to as Urolit), registration no. 40203352230, legal address Strautu iela 13, Mārupe, LV-2167, Latvia, offers to purchase medical services – examinations, consultations, medical manipulations. Medical services can be purchased on Urolit’s website urolit.lv. Medical services can also be purchased at the reception of the Urolit medical institution, located in Riga, E. Smilģa Street 44-115, by paying in cash or with payment cards. Medical services can be purchased at the Urolit reception desk only during the specified working hours, which can be found by calling +371 63013255.
Medical services can be purchased by paying with payment cards Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron, Mastercard Securecode and Verified by Visa or by making a cash payment at the reception of SIA UROLIT.
In order to purchase a medical service on the urolit.lv website, the patient must select the service of interest and pay for it. In the near future, the registrar will contact him and specify the consultation time or, if a kidney stone analysis is chosen, the preliminary date of the result. The second option will be to register and pay using an e-ticket, where you can choose a date and time that suits you. At the time of payment, the patient fills out the form available on the website, indicating his/her name, email address and mobile phone number. After entering the data, on the payment page, the patient can choose one of the offered methods of payment for the medical service – with a bank payment card or AS Luminor internet bank. After making the payment, the confirmation of the purchase of the medical service and the payment invoice for the medical service will be sent to the electronic mail address of the Urolit user account specified during registration. If, after making the payment, the patient does not receive a shipment with a confirmation of payment for the medical service and an invoice to the e-mail address indicated by the patient, the patient can notify the Urolit administration by calling +371 63013255 or writing an e-mail to info@urolit.lv. The Urolit registrar will check the e-mail address provided by the patient and resend the package with the payment invoice to the patient.
Urolit provides the opportunity for the patient to change the consultation time free of charge, if the patient notifies Urolit of such a wish no later than 48 hours before the originally requested consultation time. Urolit and the patient agree on the new consultation time, taking into account the possibility of providing the consultation to another patient at the selected time, for example, if it coincides with the working hours of SIA “UROLIT” and the chosen time is not occupied by another patient. The consultation time can be changed by calling +371 63013255 or sending an email to info@urolit.lv, indicating the patient’s name, email address, booked (cancellable) consultation time and desired new consultation time in the letter. Change of the purchased consultation time is possible only once. Money for purchased but unused consultation is not refunded.
By paying on the UROLIT website, the patient fully agrees to these terms.
UROLIT has the right to change these terms at any time at its discretion, and these changes come into effect as soon as they are published on the website urolit.lv.
